Congratulations Chad! Our New Hire and Service Manager.
Most of our customers will have either spoken to Chad or met him when picking up spray equipment or accessories at our trade counter. Here's a bit about why Chad's the best person for the job.
Chad started work at Spray Plant UK in 1st June 2015. Worked as a joiner previously, Chad came to SPUK to work in the workshop, with Shaun Workshop Manager at the time, and also Chad’s dad.
Chad started working on our hire fleet, servicing , repairing, cleaning and prepping a wide range of spray machines to go out to customers. Chad was a chip off the old block and worked with Shaun in the workshop for about 5 years.
With a great understanding of equipment and customer requirements, Chad moved upstairs when the opportunity of a sales job came up. Chad excelled at providing fantastic customer service, providing expertise and knowledge.
Recently the opportunity to become Hire and Service Manager came up and Chad was the perfect person for the job, ensuring that Spray Plant UK service and maintenance standards are upheld.
Chad said, “I'm really excited about being entrusted to do the job and hopefully the work that I’ve done so far speaks for itself. Doing the job my dad did so well and making a positive change for our customers fills me with alot of pride."
Now in charge of the Spray Plant UK workshop, Chad will be leading the team to deliver a first class service to all our customers. He will also be fronting a Service and Maintenance Top Tips series, called Chad's Tips - coming soon!
